Many Memories Ago is an illustrated graphic story inspired by the concept of sacred forests known as Devrai. These forests continue to survive because they are remembered, respected, and protected through cultural and personal memories. The project reflects on how stories, beliefs, and experiences connected to trees allow them to remain part of our lives across generations. Through visual storytelling and illustrations, the narrative suggests that memory can become a powerful way of preserving nature.
